Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Platform Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Data & Analytics Platform Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $170,000 – $220,000 annuallyResponsibilities Define data architecture and schemas for governance and reporting across critical systems Design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines and integrations Step in to develop or troubleshoot Power BI reports and data models as needed Hire, manage, and mentor a team of data engineers, setting engineering standards Own end-to-end success of the platform, from architecture to final reporting Ensure appropriate handling of sensitive data throughout its lifecycle Manage infrastructure for performance and scalability of the platformQualifications 10+ years of data architecture and engineering experience required 5+ years building and leading high-performing engineering teams in Agile environments Experience with healthcare data or in heavily regulated industries preferred Strong proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python) and data pipeline tools Working proficiency in Power BI and DAX for report development and troubleshooting Experience with AWS data services and cloud storage solutionsBenefits Health insurance and life insurance options Company-paid disability and 401k contributions 18+ days of paid time off Performance-based incentives Wide range of benefits to meet associate needsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
