This is a project-based role expected to last approximately 90 days, with additional extension as needed.This position will focus on managing a high-volume portfolio of 500-750+ small to mid-sized B2B accounts, ensuring timely collections and account resolution while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage B2B collections for accounts with aging balances, primarily 60 days and underContact customers via phone and email to follow up on past due invoices and payment statusResearch and resolve account discrepancies, including pricing corrections, duplicate invoices, and billing issuesCollaborate closely with sales teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputesReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate account recordsGenerate and distribute customer statements and invoice copiesProcess credit card payments to release orders in a timely mannerUpload and manage invoices within customer portalsMaintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure issue resolutionQualifications:Prior experience in B2B collections requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, such as data extraction and analysisExperience with Sage Intacct is required.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environmentTeam & Environment:Collaborative team environment with 4+ team members currently in placeTeam is primarily based in the Atlanta area, supporting multi-time-zone operationsOpportunity to gain exposure to a growing organization within the franchising space#AF123
