Program Manager (Dynamic Pricing, SAAS Product Offering)Fully Remote Contract PositionMust have SAAS experienceMust have Martech experienceMust have worked at Hi-Tech Product CompanyAs a key member of our Pricing & Packaging team, and reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will lead cross-functional programs that shape how we package, price, and deliver value to customers. Your focus will be to translate strategic priorities into clear, executable plans—aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Operations—and ensuring pricing and packaging initiatives land on time, with strong visibility, crisp decisions, and measurable impact.About the role: In this role, you’ll own the program “operating system” for multiple workstreams at once—keeping teams aligned, unblocking progress, and ensuring leaders have the information they need to make decisions.DutiesLead end-to-end program management for several pricing and packaging initiatives in parallelBuild and maintain project plans (scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, owners, and stakeholder map)Establish and run governance: weekly standups, milestone reviews, decision forums, and executive readoutsTrack progress against timelines and outcomes; proactively manage risks, issues, and tradeoffsDrive cross-functional alignment and follow-through across a complex organization (Product, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Sales/CS, Legal, etc.)Create clear, concise status reporting for leadership—highlighting wins, upcoming milestones, roadblocks, and decisions neededBring structure to ambiguity: clarify goals, define “done,” and keep teams moving with practical next stepsQualifications:7-8 Program ManagementYou’re known for turning complex, cross-functional efforts into simple plans that teams can executeYou build strong relationships quickly and can influence without authority—from ICs to executivesYou’re highly detail-oriented while keeping an eye on the bigger picture and business outcomesYou’re comfortable working autonomously: you identify what’s needed, take initiative, and bring others alongYou communicate clearly and confidently—especially when sharing trade-offs, risks, and decisions requiredYou’ve managed complex programs in a large SaaS (or similarly scaled) environment, navigating multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities You bring strong fundamentals in program/project management (e.g., milestone planning, critical path, dependency management, RAID logs, and executive reporting)Martech experience highly preferrable.Experience in Jira, Confluence, Agile Sprints
