Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Arlington, TX for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent at Premier Contractor Solutions Inc. The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects, coordinating with subcontractors and crews, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, managing project timelines, and handling on-site problem-solving. Daily tasks include supervising carpentry and insulation work, conducting inspections and assessments, ensuring waterproofing work is conducted correctly, and monitoring progress to ensure quality workmanship. The role requires effective communication with clients and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
