Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial ConstructionLocation: Arlington, TX Employment Type: Full-TimeA growing commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up and greenfield commercial construction projects in the Arlington, Texas market. This individual will play a key role in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage ground-up commercial construction projects from planning through final completionOversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project executionMaintain project financials including forecasting, cost tracking, change orders, and buyout managementCoordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project schedules and quality standardsLead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsReview construction documents, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project scopesEnsure projects remain compliant with safety regulations, company standards, and contract requirementsIdentify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain schedule and budget goalsSupport preconstruction and estimating efforts as neededQualifications5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial constructionStrong experience managing ground-up and greenfield commercial projectsExperience overseeing projects from site development through closeoutKnowledge of budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and cost controlAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredPreferred Project ExperienceCommercialRetailIndustrialMixed-useOfficeHospitalityCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryBonus opportunityVehicle allowance or company vehicleHealth benefitsPTO and paid holidaysLong-term growth opportunity with a growing construction teamOscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
