About the job Primary Care APP (Near-Northwest Side / Wicker Park) Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at our outpatient Primary Care clinic in near-northwest side/ Wicker Park.Prime Location: Practice in a walkable, energetic corridor with boutique shops, acclaimed restaurants, craft breweries, street art, live music, and cultural festivals. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis.
