Position Overview: We are seeking a Primary Care Physician dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to Medicare populations within a modern network of community-based clinics. This role focuses on a value-driven healthcare approach, emphasizing preventive care, improved patient outcomes, and reduced hospital utilization rather than service volume. Physicians are supported by robust care teams, allowing them to concentrate on meaningful patient interactions and clinical excellence.This opportunity is ideal for providers passionate about caring for older adults.
