Primary Care Physician

Position Overview: We are seeking a Primary Care Physician dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to Medicare populations within a modern network of community-based clinics. This role focuses on a value-driven healthcare approach, emphasizing preventive care, improved patient outcomes, and reduced hospital utilization rather than service volume.
