The Supervisor Maintenance - Electrics provides direct supervision and guidance to electrical maintenance personnel, promoting a safe, people-focused work environment through clear communication, hands-on coaching, skills development, and performance feedback. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of control systems, as well as electrical systems associated with processing and packaging equipment, ensuring equipment reliability, compliance, and operational readiness. Responsibilities:Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in line with departmental goals. Plan, organize, and supervise electrical work across the site. Assign, track, and ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance through the CMMS (Ultimo). Lead, motivate, and set a positive example for electrical team members. Conduct required team communications and support employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate with supervisors and managers across departments to support smooth operations. Maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with health & safety, legal, environmental, and company standards. Promote high standards of housekeeping, and cleanliness through regular inspections. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED/HSED equivalent required. Team Lead, Supervisory or management experience is required. Minimum of 5 Years of Manufacturing Experience preferred in a non-union environment. Minimum of 3 years' experience with electrical work. Strong decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills are required. Experience working with an automated maintenance management system, CMMS (Ultimo). Requires the ability to train and coach others for success. Preferred Qualifications:Associates degree in Electronics/Engineering preferred. Able to successfully coordinate with other functions to ensure project success. Available to work flexible hours and days as needed to meet business demands. Ability to communicate effectively to various levels of the organization. Excellent Time Management Skills. Ability to lead, develop, direct, and hold others accountable to HARIBO's high standards. Demonstrated Project Management skills. Compensation and BenefitsTarget Hiring Pay Range: $78,200 - $94,100 annually This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate's offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
