Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Specialist based in Cathedral City, CA. The specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, diagnosing technical issues, and providing effective solutions. The position requires performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring efficient operation. Experience in Chillers, Boilers, Refrigeration, Cooiling Towers, Transport Pumps and VRF Air condiining systems STRONGLY PREFERRED. Qualifications Experience in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenanceStrong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical issuesAbility to perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment efficiencyExcellent communication skillsFamiliarity with plumbing practices is a plusPhysical ability to work in varying conditions and lift heavy equipment as neededCertification in HVAC systems or a similar technical qualification is preferredValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
