Landscape Designer and Estimator

We are seeking a Landscape Designer/Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Responsibilities include - Oversee the design/installation project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise the personnel onsite along with subcontractors Interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients Negotiate with vendors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship Qualifications - Previous 2 years experience a must 2-4 year degree in Landscape Design/Sales Dynascape, Sketch Up or similar design software experience Submit 3 examples of previous Landscape Designs Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $24 - $26 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
