This on-site role involves managing client relationships, overseeing landscape maintenance projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining maintenance schedules, supervising production teams, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and addressing customer concerns. The Account Manager will play a key role in upholding the company's commitment to quality service and a consultative approach to customer care.QualificationsExperience in landscape management, horticulture, or lawn care servicesStrong communication, customer service, and relationship management skillsAbility to plan, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects efficientlyCapability to lead and collaborate with production teams for excellent service deliveryProficiency in basic budgeting, proposal preparation, and account managementFamiliarity with irrigation systems, hardscapes, and seasonal landscaping practicesValid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Wareham, MARelevant certifications or willingness to pursue training and certifications is a plusPay: $70,000.00 - 95,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountPaid time offTuition reimbursementExperience:Management: 1 year (Required)
