US|Mfg Production Operator-Contractor

Operates and troubleshoots production line machinery/equipment and computers. Performs manual labor on production line. Operator maintains operations at optimum quality and quantity levels which minimizes manufacturing expense and performs repairs as necessary. Overtime in excess of 40 hours per week may be required in order to meet business needs.Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following job duties below:• Operates bailer and compactor• Operates PITs and handles totes• Catching pasta, couscous and pellets• Hand dumping• Clean Up throughout Operations Department- MSS tasks• Support hanging Super Sacks• Support in re-work• Performing sanitation duties on machinery to ensure safety and health compliance; Keeps assigned machines and area cleanand safe• Makes regular adjustments to equipment
