And there's more A LOT more like competitive salaries, PTO and parental leave, 401k match and employee stock ownership, limitless professional development and growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, full medical, vision and dental coverage, and snack discounts!OverviewAssist the Department Manager in coordinating labor, equipment, and processes associated with daily shipping department operations in order to meet daily production goals.Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)Coordinate labor and equipment associated with skips, loading and shipping of outbound store orders.Provide feedback to manager that will be used in employee performance evaluations.Maintain various logs such as: production, accuracy, inventory, temperatures, etc.Perform daily checklists.Work in any of the department's production tasks when help is needed or when all other Shipping Clerk tasks are complete.Utilize software systems to ensure all products are accounted for before shipping and to problem solve inventory issues.Compile multiple end of day reports to ensure accuracy and quality of items shipped.Work closely with other departments to assure all daily goals are metAdjust work schedule to meet production goals, attend meetings, etc. as neededQualifications(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)EducationHigh School Diploma/GED requiredExperience1 year experience in shipping goods and materials requiredLicenses/CertificationsNone requiredTools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)AccommodationsSheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
