As a Shipping Trainer, you’ll not only pick, load, and ship products to our stores – you’ll also guide new and current team members to make sure every order leaves on time, safe, and accurate. Responsibilities: Pick full-case products for outbound pallets and load DC trucks accurately and efficiently.Select Unit Pick items for shipment with speed and accuracy.Conduct pallet checks and complete late-order tasks accurately to keep shipments on track.Complete logs accurately – including production records, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and load maps.Handle inventory carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality.Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.Train team members with hands-on guidance and procedure reviews while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – demonstrating Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up-to-date training documents and SOPs.
