Program Manager

Overview As Program Manager, you will coordinate all projects for the product line, aligning customer needs with company requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Accounting to ensure on-time commitments. The role involves managing budgets, reporting, and interfacing with customers, including audits and progress updates. You will support sales during RFQ/ITB processes and drive continuous program performance. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a historic, mission-focused supplier.
