Job Description Occupational TherapistLocation: Richmond, VAPosition: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: $85,000 – $95,000 per yearSummaryThis Occupational Therapist position supports patients in building practical skills that improve independence and safety. You will assess function, establish treatment goals, and deliver structured interventions while tracking outcomes and communicating progress clearly.ResponsibilitiesPerform OT evaluations and identify barriers to daily functionSet realistic goals with patients and update plans based on progressDeliver treatment focused on ADLs, UE function, fine motor skills, coordination, and safetyTrain patients on adaptive equipment, energy conservation, and task modificationProvide caregiver education and clear home exercise/activity plansMaintain accurate documentation and meet productivity/quality standardsCoordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams for consistent careRequirementsMaster's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programActive Virginia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)NBCOT certificationStrong clinical documentation and time-management skillsExperience in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or home health is welcome (new grads considered with strong fieldwork)Benefits2 weeks PTOHealth Insurance401(k) plan with 3% company matchIf you're ready for a role where your work shows up in a patient's real life, send your resume and let's start the conversation.
