The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a crew of 4-6 team members on underground utility construction projects.Oversee the operation of heavy equipment on job sites.Coordinate and communicate with inspectors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor job progress, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.Provide hands-on assistance and leadership to the team as needed.Maintain equipment, tools, and worksite organization.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in underground utility construction.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Ability to communicate effectively with inspectors, clients, and other project stakeholders.Proficient in operating and supervising the use of heavy equipment.Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Availability to start immediately.Understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards.What We OfferCompetitive pay rates based on experience.Paid vacation and additional benefits.Opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.If you are a reliable, skilled professional ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply!
