This is an all-in-one role for someone who understands what sells, how to price it, and how to execute across platforms—while working directly in the store with real inventory.This is not an entry-level posting role. We need someone with 2–3+ years of real e-commerce marketplace experience who can take ownership and produce results.Key Responsibilities:List and manage products across: Facebook Marketplace, Facebook & Instagram Shops, eBay, Additional platforms as appropriate (OfferUp, Shopify, etc.)Write optimized titles, descriptions, and pricing based on demand and market dataUnderstand what sells vs. what doesn't in resale, liquidation, scratch-and-dent, and open-box categoriesManage photos, condition notes, and accurate listingsCoordinate in-store inventory → online listingsTrack performance, pricing trends, sell-through rates, and listing optimizationHandle customer inquiries and marketplace messagesOversee order processing, packing coordination, and handoff for shipping or pickupEnsure accounts stay compliant with marketplace rules and best practicesHelp build repeatable systems and SOPs for scaling online salesWork directly with ownership to improve and expand e-commerce revenueRequired Experience:2–3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experienceStrong experience with eBay, Amazon and Facebook MarketplaceProven understanding of: Pricing strategy, Sell-through rates, Competitive research, Listing optimizationExperience selling physical goods, preferably: Furniture, Appliances, Home improvement products, Liquidation / open-box / scratch-and-dent itemsComfortable working in-store, handling inventory, and coordinating with staffRequired:Shopify experienceMulti-channel listing toolsKnowledge of shipping workflows for large or oversized itemsExperience building or improving e-commerce systems from scratchWhat This Role Is Not:Not remoteNot just posting picturesNot a passive admin roleThis is a builder role for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and growth.
