Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Prime Services team in a role focused on US Securities Lending. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in securities finance while contributing to the evolution of our product offerings and platform capabilities. What You'll Do Securities Lending:Support daily equity lending and borrowing operations, including trade booking, inventory management, and locate processing. Assist in analyzing lending activity, utilization rates, and client demand to identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with trading, operations, and risk teams to ensure accurate and timely execution. Product Development:Participate in the design and rollout of new tools, reports, and platform enhancements for the securities lending business. Work with technology and business teams to gather requirements, test functionality, and support implementation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and identify gaps. Assist in creating dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics to improve transparency and decision-making. Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at automation, scalability, and client experience improvements. What You'll Bring 24 years of experience in securities lending, equity finance, prime brokerage, or related financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with market data and financial modeling. Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
