The venue promises to deliver a fun and memorable experience in one of Wisconsin’s premier summer resort towns.Role DescriptionThis is a seasonal, full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook at The Tiki Bar in Elkhart Lake, WI. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, stocking ingredients, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow during service. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality dishes to enhance guest experiences.QualificationsProficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques, with experience using a variety of kitchen equipment and culinary tools.Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and sanitation standards.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.Excellent time management skills and attention to detail to ensure consistent food quality and timely preparation.Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is strongly preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.A passion for creating high-quality dishes and enhancing guest dining experiences.
