Vice President, FP&A

VP, FP&A | PE Backed We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed organization to hire a Vice President of FP&A. This is a key leadership role supporting the CFO and executive team, responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and overall business performance.The position offers strong visibility across the organization and direct exposure to senior leadership and investors, with the opportunity to help scale finance operations in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processesPartner with leadership to provide insights on business performance and strategic decision-makingBuild and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives and operational planningDeliver monthly reporting and variance analysis to track performance vs. planDevelop and monitor KPIs and key business metricsSupport board and investor reportingPartner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and senior leadershipHelp drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies within FP&AQualifications10–15+ years of FP&A / corporate finance experiencePrior leadership experience managing or mentoring teamsStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsetExperience working in a high-growth and/or PE-backed environment preferredAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving organizationStrong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
