The role is central to shaping financial strategy, strengthening planning discipline, and delivering actionable insights to support executive decision-making.Role Overview & MandateThis role will lead the firm's financial planning and analysis function, acting as a key partner to senior leadership and business unit heads. The focus is on enhancing forecasting accuracy, improving financial visibility, and supporting long-term strategic and operational planning.Core AccountabilitiesOwn and lead the annual budgeting and multi-year planning cyclesDevelop and maintain forward-looking financial forecasts linked to key business driversAnalyze revenue performance across multiple fee-based and recurring income streamsDeliver high-quality reporting and insight packages for executive leadership and governing bodiesEnsure financial data integrity in coordination with accounting and control functionsBuild and refine financial models to support scenario planning and strategic evaluationProvide decision support to business leaders on performance, profitability, and resource allocationBackground & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred)8–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or strategic finance rolesStrong exposure to planning, forecasting, and management reporting functionsExperience within financial services, advisory, investment, or similarly structured environmentsFamiliarity with recurring revenue and performance/fee-based business models
