We're professional, hands-on, and committed to quality, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Stone Fabricator to join our growing team. As a Stone Fabricator, you'll transform raw stone materials into finished products that meet both internal quality standards and customer expectations. This role is physical, hands-on, and central to our production team. You'll be responsible for cutting, edging, polishing, and finishing stone with precision and care. Work Environment: On-site fabrication shop Small, collaborative team Fast-paced and safety-first operation Opportunities for cross-training and skill-building Morning Shift No weekends Paid-Training Key Responsibilities: Fabricate high-quality stone products with attention to detail Cut, polish, edge, and finish stone materials per specifications Read and interpret shop drawings and production schedules Safely handle, move, and load/unload stone slabs and finished pieces Maintain and clean fabrication equipment regularly Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards Assist with general shop organization and inventory Troubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvements Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience as a Stone Fabricator or in a related role preferred Familiarity with tools and equipment for cutting and polishing stone Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Experience with basic construction concepts Comfortable operating heavy machinery and handling large materials Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Physically able to lift and maneuver heavy stone safely Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and grow in the role Skills We Value: Precision and craftsmanship Problem-solving mindset Strong communication Organization and time management Positive attitude and work ethic Ready to Join Us?
