This role offers exposure to prestigious clients and presents a varied and engaging opportunity for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys contributing new ideas.Our people make us unique; the way we work; our thinking; our service.Job DescriptionPurpose of the Role: Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of New Hire and On-going Training., Conducts ISO-9001:2015 Audits and documents/publishes finding as outlined in Principle’s audit schedule.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Onboarding of new employeesCoordinate set up IT Equipment (Phone/Computer) and loginsEmployee Orientation (Training) of core systems and processesFacilitate training as outlined for the specific role. Maintain training records & document registerCreates and update training documents as requiredWork in conjunction with the ISO Manager on conducting auditsMake recommendations for improvementsFollow-up on any non-conformancesLead Root Cause Analysis meetings and close out actions Provides weekly/monthly audit reports based on client requirementsEstablishes new customers and suppliers in SAP B-1 SystemPrimary person responsible for monthly communications to US office regarding events, training, etc. Publishing weekly/monthly reporting on system data and anomaliesAssists/backup with Web Portal Help Desk tickets and testingQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferredTraining experience required ISO-9001:2015 Certification preferredSAP-B1 Experience preferredMust have personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Excel is required). Strong organizational skills, flexibility to multi-task and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional partners. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Business maturity/acumen, confidence, and a high degree of personal motivation and energy (pro-active).
