U.S. Licensed Head of Legal

A company is looking for a Head of Legal to lead its global legal strategy and operations. Key Responsibilities Lead all legal matters including corporate, regulatory, commercial, and transactional work Partner with Capital Markets and Finance teams to structure and negotiate debt facilities and transactions Develop and implement internal processes for managing contracts, compliance, and legal risk Required Qualifications 6+ years of legal experience, with a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house fintech or financial services experience Significant experience structuring and negotiating credit facilities and/or structured finance transactions Familiarity with fintech regulation, including lending, securities, and payments JD from a top law school and license to practice in the United States Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
