A company is looking for a Head of Legal to provide strategic legal leadership across global operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and define the global legal strategy across regulated and non-regulated markets Oversee ongoing compliance with all local, regional, and international iGaming laws and regulatory frameworks Lead and mentor a high-performing international legal team while fostering accountability and professional growth Required Qualifications 7+ years of legal experience, ideally within iGaming or high growth digital sectors operating internationally Qualification as a Solicitor (5+ years PQE minimum required) Deep expertise operating in both regulated and non-regulated environments Extensive background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities in fast scaling environments
