IT Program Manager

A global technology integrator is seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives for critical government customers. This organisation is at the forefront of providing full lifecycle services and solutions across technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise IT markets.The Role Lead a complex IT program delivering integrated solutions across multiple global sites for a U.S. Air Force customer. Oversee and mentor a team of approximately 70 engineering and operations staff. Ensure end-to-end program execution including planning, technical integration, risk, and financial management. Manage the delivery of integrated COTS/GOTS solutions into government on-premise and cloud environments. Implement and refine Agile methodologies at the program level to support iterative development and integration. Serve as the primary interface with Air Force program overseers and other Government stakeholders.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 10-15 years of progressively responsible IT program or project management experience. PMP, Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification), and CSM (or equivalent Agile certification). Demonstrated experience managing large, complex IT programs involving software engineering, platform integration, and cybersecurity. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (50+ personnel) in a DoD, Federal, or similarly complex environment.
