Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their remote call center team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to 70-90 phone calls per day and customer emails, providing exceptional service
Assist with policy procedures, adjustments, and help customers understand coverage options
Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient work environment and handle challenging situations
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
Strong mental and emotional resilience to handle challenging customer interactions
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
A genuine desire to positively impact customer experiences
Willingness to complete training for Property and Casualty insurance licensing
