Manager Packaging ProductionSummaryMillennium Print Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Packaging Production to lead our packaging operations in Cary, NC. This role is ideal for a proven manufacturing leader with experience in packaging, printing, or production environments who is passionate about driving efficiency, leading teams, and delivering high-quality results. Location: Cary, NC Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus potential + full benefits package What You'll DoLead daily packaging production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Develop and execute operational strategies, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives. Manage production schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation. Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to drive efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and equipment issues. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Manage departmental budgets and operational expenses. Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company standards. What You'll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of management experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments. Experience in printing or packaging operations preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MIS systems.
