Lead Specialist- Internal Adjustments

Location:555 Patroon Creek Boulevard, Albany New YorkHours: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm ETLocation: Qualified candidates must be able to report to the office (Albany, NY, Brooklyn, OH, or Amherst, NY) 2-4 days per week.Job Description:As part of the Client Servicing vertical of Onboarding & Servicing Technology and Operations, Lead Specialists on this team specialize in research and adjustments and account analysis to support our clients across the team's broad areas of responsibility.As such, the chosen candidate can expect to be required to perform tasks such as (but not limited to):Perform basic to complex research using various bank systemsProvide deposit, check, statement and report copiesResearch and resolution of both monetary and non-monetary differences which occur during check, credit card processing or corporate client billingPerforming routine research and process transactions as requested by clients utilizing specific Enterprise Commercial Payments productComplete data entry into various bank systemsProvides excellent customer service to internal and external clients through the KeyValues conceptsRecommends and implements programs to solve routine issues, improve process efficiency, quality and client experienceIdentifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more complex problems to senior level or managerTypically covers a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific roleActively participates in self-development to support the team but also one's own future advancementProven ability to handle customer service inquiries and diffuse difficult customer situations independentlyRequired and/or Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma of GED is required; College degree is preferredMinimum 1 year of bank operations experience is preferredBasic to intermediate PC and MS Office skillsProven problem solving, analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of the larger fast-paced and ever-changing team; all while maintaining precise attention to detailComfortable communicating with team members, internal clients and management while maintaining a professional demeanorDemonstrated ability to follow instruction as provided and utilize training to make informed decisionsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.75 - $25.00 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
