General SummaryUnder the supervision of a RN or provider, the LPN uses sound nursing judgment in the provision of nursing care. Performs a variety of both technical and routine nursing services. Collaborates with health care teams to implement the nursing care plan. Demonstrates clinical competence.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Currently in last semester of or graduated from an accredited LPN program.Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
