You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to assist with client management, including scheduling, communication, and analytics.Generate reports and analyze data using Power Bi and ExcelSupport Business Development in managing new, existing, and potential clientsHandle follow-up requirements from Business Development discussions and meetingsProactively schedule monthly requirements with each client, such as reports and agendasUpdate project management software with client communications, deliverables, and requestsTrack deliverables and meet deadlinesAssist with client collection analysis, exclusions, and special projectsFollow through on client requests in a timely manner, utilizing internal partners as neededRun and review client analytics to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvementCreate communication opportunities to assist Client Services with client outreachStay updated on potential new clients and track progress in project management softwareStreamline new client onboarding process and hand-off from Business DevelopmentAssist with coordinating business discussions on recoveries with providers requiring Client Services assistanceCommunicate proactively on any issues or challenges related to Business Development or client meetingsManage security badges, programming, enrolling, replacing, maintaining and troubleshooting our badge systemProvide support to team to resolve equipment issues and enter trouble tickets when issues ariseIT Support Specialist Background Profile:Bachelor's Degree highly preferred3+ years experience as an IT support specialist or similar roleProficiency in Power Bi preferred, advanced Excel skills requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and generate meaningful insightsProactive and self-motivated approach to workPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageFeatures and Benefits:Medical, Dental, VisionPaid Time off and holiday payFrontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
