Position: IT Support Specialist/Help DeskLocation: Houston, TX (Onsite)Schedule: Full-Time | Call Center EnvironmentOverview:We are seeking a hands-on IT Help Desk / IT Support Specialist to support a fast-paced call center environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, setting up systems, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipmentTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issuesProvide day-to-day IT support for call center staff and operationsMaintain and support CRM systems and user accessManage Google Workspace (user setup, permissions, troubleshooting)Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenanceRespond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely mannerSupport onboarding/offboarding of employees (equipment + system access)Qualifications:2+ years of IT Help Desk or IT Support experienceStrong knowledge of computer hardware installation and repairExperience troubleshooting Windows-based systemsFamiliarity with CRM platforms (required)Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console)Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):Experience with GoHighLevel or ConvoPrevious IT support experience in a call center environmentBasic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN, troubleshooting connectivity)
