Our teams work closely with client leadership to implement enterprise systems, modernize operations, and drive measurable results across diverse industries including manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.Position SummaryAs an ERP Project Manager, you will lead the implementation, migration, or upgrade of ERP systems for manufacturing and operational environments. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational needs, and project methodology. Leading across business and technical teams, you will manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful system deployment and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ERP implementation and upgrade projects across manufacturing and operational environmentsDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and external vendorsDefine, estimate, and schedule project tasks and interdependencies to achieve project objectivesManage project resources and hold team members accountable for deliverables and timelinesMaintain project documentation, artifacts, and reporting in accordance with project methodologyMonitor project performance, risks, and issues while implementing corrective actions when neededProvide clear and consistent stakeholder communication including status reports, dashboards, and risk updatesFacilitate project meetings, decision-making processes, and issue resolution across teamsSupport organizational readiness and user adoption through collaboration with business stakeholdersEscalate critical risks or issues that may impact project successRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of ERP implementation or ERP project management experienceExperience working with manufacturing operations and supply chain processesStrong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and resource coordinationExperience working in cross-functional and multi-layered organizational environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to gather, analyze, and organize complex information and processesDesired Attributes / Soft SkillsHigh competence, high character, and low ego — aligned with PCG’s core valuesHands-on, pragmatic project leadership styleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilityAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving project environmentsCollaborative, team-oriented approach with focus on delivering client value
