Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and confections, with attention to detail and presentation.
Decorate cakes and desserts using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing treats.
Manage food handling and safety protocols to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and assembling desserts according to recipes.
Maintain inventory of ingredients, tools, and supplies necessary for daily operations while adhering to food industry standards.
Qualifications
Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and dessert creations.
Proficiency in cake decorating, food preparation, and food handling techniques.
Solid kitchen experience within the food industry, including bakery or restaurant settings.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards.
