As the Franchisor Owner – Multi Unit Developer, you will not just manage a business; you will build a multi unit asset that you own. You will leverage the systems, brand power, and support of a proven franchise to scale a company in your local market while enjoying CEO-level autonomy and decision-making. Role Overview Lead a growth-oriented service or consumer business with full P&L responsibility and the ability to expand into additional territories. Build and develop a results-driven team, using proven playbooks and KPIs to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Drive business development through networking, community presence, and strategic partnerships to capture market share in a high-growth area. Key Responsibilities Strategic Selection: Evaluate and select a franchise concept that aligns with your professional background, income targets, risk tolerance, and market demand. Executive Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence, safety/quality, and superior customer service. Financial Oversight: Take full ownership of the P&L, managing budgets, KPIs, pricing, and profitability while making data-driven decisions. Market Expansion: Develop and execute a local growth plan, including business development, networking, and potential multi-unit or territory expansion. Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in leadership, operations, sales, finance, or multi-unit management. Demonstrated success managing teams, optimizing processes, and overseeing budgets or P&L. Serious interest in acquiring and operating a business within the next 1 to 4 months. Financial capacity and willingness to invest in a franchise (investment levels vary by brand and model).
