Our SaaS technology infrastructure transforms the future of payments.About the RoleBookit is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead new enterprise client acquisition across travel, loyalty, and financial services ecosystems.This role focuses on identifying and closing partnerships with organizations looking to offer white-label travel and experiences marketplaces to their customers. These partnerships help brands create differentiated loyalty, rewards, and engagement programs powered by the Bookit platform.You will work with senior decision-makers across financial institutions, airlines, hospitality brands, and major consumer platforms to structure commercial partnerships that drive new revenue streams and enhanced customer engagement.Location & CompensationHybrid role in Miami is preferred (remote considered for highly qualified candidates)Base salary: $125,000Performance-based commission tied to achievement of assigned revenue targets, bringing OTE (on-target earnings) to ~$250,000What You'll DoEnterprise Sales & Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and close enterprise partnerships with financial institutions, travel brands, hospitality groups, and loyalty program operatorsLead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through contract negotiation and deal executionStructure commercial partnerships that integrate Bookit's white-label travel and experiences marketplace into partner ecosystemsBuild executive relationships with stakeholders across loyalty, partnerships, product, and marketing teamsStrategic Platform GrowthDevelop new revenue opportunities through enterprise partnerships across travel, loyalty, and consumer engagement platformsCollaborate with internal product, engineering, and account teams to support partner launches and program implementationExpand Bookit's marketplace presence within the travel and rewards ecosystemIndustry EngagementRepresent Bookit at industry conferences, partner meetings, and ecosystem eventsBuild relationships across travel, loyalty, and fintech communities to support long-term growthWhat Success Looks LikeWithin the first 12 months you will:Secure enterprise partnerships with major financial institutions, travel brands, or loyalty programsExpand Bookit's marketplace presence across the travel and rewards ecosystemDeliver measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships and platform adoptionWho This Role Is ForEnterprise sellers experienced in platform, marketplace, or ecosystem partnershipsProfessionals comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic partnershipsBuilders excited about helping scale a high-growth marketplace platformWho This Role Is Not ForSMB or transactional sales professionalsProperty-level travel or hospitality sales rolesTraditional advertising or media sales without enterprise platform experienceRequirements8-12 years of enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnership experienceProven track record closing complex enterprise deals with large organizationsExperience working within travel technology, loyalty platforms, fintech, marketing technology, or digital commerce ecosystemsStrong network within industries such as financial services, airlines, hospitality, or loyalty programsAbility to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and executive-level negotiationsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsPreferred / BonusExperience working with travel booking platforms, OTA ecosystems, or rewards marketplacesBackground selling or partnering with white-label or API-driven platformsExperience with loyalty programs, embedded commerce, or experiential rewards platformsExposure to digital payments or crypto-enabled commerce platforms.BenefitsHealth care plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Vacation: Flexible/Unlimited PTO with manager approval.401K Plan - Tax-Deferred and/or Roth optionsCollaborative culture with industry veterans and mission-driven buildersBookit is an equal opportunity employer.
