Apply via Dice today!We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and drive enterprise-level application delivery initiatives within a Customer Engagement platform environment. This role requires strong expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and technical program execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and proven experience managing complex IT projects in Agile environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end technical project delivery from planning through implementationEnsure adherence to Azure DevOps standards for task, defect, and time trackingFacilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectivesDevelop and maintain project roadmaps and delivery plansCoordinate closely with Product Owners to align priorities and schedulesTrack progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholdersManage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risksIdentify risks/issues and proactively drive resolutionCoordinate across cross-functional and distributed teamsDefine release scope and timelines ensuring timely deliveryEnsure compliance with QA processes and standardsManage stakeholder expectations and communicationsSupport team growth, accountability, and performance improvementOversee vendor/supplier deliverables and ensure contractual complianceRequired Skills & Experience:Strong expertise in:Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, SAFeProven experience leading technical project teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong experience in Agile project environmentsAbility to create:Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)User Stories & Acceptance CriteriaExperience tracking and reporting project metrics and KPIsStrong stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage:Risks & issuesScope and requirement changesExperience ensuring adherence to project governance and processesMust-Have Skills:Strong Technical Project Management leadership experienceExpertise in Agile Program / Product DeliveryAbility to develop and manage dynamic product roadmapsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagementExperience as:Lead Technical Project ManagerSenior Project / Engagement ManagerNice to Have:Experience In Customer Engagement Platforms (Pega Preferred)Advanced technical project management experience in enterprise environments
