Actimize Platform Leadership Act as the technical subject matter lead for NICE Actimize implementations, including:IFM (Integrated Financial Messaging)Transaction MonitoringCDD / KYCWatchlist Filtering Guide teams on Actimize: ArchitectureData modelsRules, typologies, and scenariosAlert generation and workflowsSupport tuning, threshold optimization, and performance improvements 3. Engineering & Integration Management Manage technical teams across:Java / Actimize developmentETL / data engineeringDatabase and performance tuning Oversee integrations with: Source systems (payments, core banking, customer data)Upstream and downstream AML systemsEnsure data quality, completeness, and lineage for regulatory traceability 4. Environment, Release & Production Readiness Own and manage:Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environmentsRelease planning, cutover, and deployment activitiesDrive production readiness including:Capacity planningPerformance testingBatch monitoring and controlsPartner with infrastructure and support teams to ensure system stability 5. Quality, Risk & Issue Management Enforce technical standards, best practices, and SDLC complianceProactively identify and mitigate:Technical risksData issuesPerformance bottlenecksLead root cause analysis and resolution of defects and production issuesEnsure strong documentation for audit and regulatory review 6. Stakeholder & Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Business analystsCompliance and AML operationsQA and UAT teams Communicate technical progress, risks, and dependencies to: Program DirectorClient technology leadershipSupport regulatory, audit, and model validation inquiries from a technical standpoint 7. Team Leadership & Mentoring Lead and mentor technical team members onsiteProvide hands on guidance and code/design reviews when neededEnsure team productivity, accountability, and delivery qualitySupport onboarding and ramp up of new technical resources Required Qualifications Experience 12+ years of IT experience in Financial Services5+ years managing technical delivery for AML or Financial Crime programsStrong, hands on experience with NICE Actimize (mandatory)Proven experience in:System integrationData intensive platformsLarge enterprise environments Technical Skills Deep understanding of: Actimize architecture and componentsAML transaction monitoring systemsFinancial services data (payments, customer profiles, transactions) Strong background in: Java / J2EEUNIX / LinuxSQL / Oracle / relational databasesBatch scheduling and monitoringExperience with data quality, reconciliation, and controls Soft Skills & Leadership Strong delivery ownership and execution mindsetExcellent communication with both technical and non technical stakeholdersAbility to operate effectively in high pressure, regulatory environmentsStrong problem solving and decision making skillsComfortable reporting into a senior Program Director Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMaster s degree preferred but not mandator Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
