Director of Engagement
A company is looking for a Director of Engagement to drive utilization of telehealth services and enhance client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute data-driven CRM strategies for customer engagement and lifecycle management
Define and manage customer cohorts, identifying engagement barriers and improving CRM performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication channels and develop multi-channel engagement programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement
Experience in healthcare or telehealth is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for segmentation and targeting
Familiarity with behavioral science principles in marketing or customer experience
