Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: School Services Duration: 14 weeks 37.5 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – (CCC) Primary Purpose: Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders, helping them succeed in their educational program. Position Details: Location: Keller, TX Pay: Starting at $49/hr Schedules: M-F - 7.5hrs/day = 37.5hrs/week Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Texas SLP License (TDLR) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) Skills & Experience: Knowledge of assessment tools, therapy strategies, and behavior management Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines 1 year of supervised clinical experience Responsibilities: Evaluate and provide therapy for students with speech/language disorders Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents Provide training to school staff on communication strategies Maintain records and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines Supervise SLP assistants when assigned.
