Job Details: School Year Dates: ASAP – May 2026 Certification Requirements : Licensed/Certified Speech Language Pathologist for Maryland Days per Week: 5 days a week (37.5 hours a week) Age Group: Elementary School Disabilities on Caseload: Primarily OHI, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Language Impairment Number of Students on Caseload: Fluid – caseload of about 45-50 students Services are primarily provided outside general education setting Must be in person SLP – no virtual services Role Overview: As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development. Key Responsibilities: Provides a therapeutic program to meet individual needs for speech and language services to identified students Provides appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students’ needs Assists and guides teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language disabilities Develop measurable IEP objectives and annua Develops Individual Education Plans (I.E.P.’s) as required and follows all local, state, and federal regulations relative to students with disabilities Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Maryland License in Speech-Language Pathology Maryland teaching certificate as a speech therapist or proven eligibility Clinical Fellows welcome to apply!
