Job Description Expert knowledge of NodeJS-based application development Deep experience with MongoDB, including data design and performance optimization Broad hands-on experience with AWS-based infrastructure and deployment processes Working knowledge of Redis, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins Flexible, adaptable, with a positive "can-do" attitude Excellent communication skills for effective work in-office and remotely Ability to build modular, loosely coupled, reusable, and maintainable software components Role and Responsibilities 25% - Lead and mentor a growing, distributed team of developers, promoting best practices such as testing, code review, reuse, and refactoring. 25% - Proactively troubleshoot to identify and resolve issues early, optimizing applications for stability, security, speed, and scalability. Provide hands-on support and maintenance. 50% - Contribute to MERN stack development, designing and implementing application architecture across multiple services and tiers.
