Project/Program Manager - Hybrid

Project/Program ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project/Program Manager for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity.This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a defined set of deliverables, which requires engagement from multiple teams. The ideal candidate will communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance to set standards, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This position ensures that execution and delivery meet expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and deliver a set of defined deliverables which requires engagement from multiple teamsCommunicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance to set standardsProvide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverablesEnsure execution and delivery meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and costFacilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable on-time, accurate deliveryCoordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery across multiple teams and stakeholdersGather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadershipServe as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource, potentially providing technical direction and system architecture for individual initiativesLead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operationsMay have responsibility for a project and project budgetRequirements:10+ years of End-to-End Project and Program Management experienceStrong Project Management skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive to resultsMust possess analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong project financial management skillsExperience guiding projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followedWorking knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial contextKnowledge of software development and general awareness of testingBasic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practicesProficient with Agile tools (Jira) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with AI Tools such as CopilotDesired skills:Bachelor's degree in a technical fieldCISA, CISSP / CISM backgroundExperience with reporting, presentation, Jira / Kanban, Technology and Risk understandingFamiliarity with business resiliency processes, risk management, and technology change managementFamiliar with Remedy / Nexus ticketing systems, patch deployment/management process, CI/CD, and DevOpsCertifications: ITIL, CISA, CISSP, RHELPay range: $78.04 - $86.04 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
