Our warehouse operations in Xenia, Ohio are the backbone of our event logistics, ensuring equipment, merchandise, and event materials are accurately prepared and shipped on time. We are hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support our peak event season. Position SummaryThe Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including inventory counting, packing, organizing, and preparing materials for nationwide events. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual inventory counts of event materials and merchandise Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks Organize and label equipment, boxes, and supplies Pick, pack, and stage materials for outbound shipments Load and unload trucks safely Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas Assist with basic data entry related to inventory tracking Inspect returned equipment and report damages Support end-of-season inventory reconciliation Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment QualificationsPrevious warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required Basic computer skills (comfortable using tablets or simple software systems) Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Team-oriented attitude ScheduleSeasonal position (peak event season) Full-time hours may be required during busy periods Occasional overtime may be available Why Join DanceOne?Fast-paced, team-driven environment Opportunity to support national events Gain logistics and inventory experience Be part of a growing and structured operations team Texting Privacy Policy and Information: Message type: Informational; you will receive text messages regarding your application and potentially regarding interview scheduling.
