About the Role:The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing campaigns, spearheading content creation, and supporting day-to-day initiatives across digital, social, influencer, and email channels. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to drive measurable impact within a fast-paced team.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and influencer channelsHelp strategize and execute global product launches involving world-renowned celebrity collaborators and professional dancersCollaborate with design and content teams to produce on-brand assets and high-quality content that performs and builds brand equityConduct market research to discover trends and new product development or marketing opportunitiesInterest in dance, fashion, or footwear is not required but a strong plusQualifications:1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in DTC or e-commerceProficient English speaking You are a creative thinker and are able to think outside-the-boxThe ability to learn quickly and have a curious mindStrong writing and communication skillsHighly organized, collaborative, and resourcefulComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
