Project Coordinator

Our client, a test, measurement, and automation systems organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the project delivery organization supporting manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Austin, TXPay Range: $34.58/hrWhat's the Job?Coordinate tester and system builds with manufacturing teams to support on-time project delivery.Track project schedules, inventory, logistics, and part availability across multiple teams and phases.Procure parts as needed and resolve procurement issues by working closely with supply chain teams.Support the Project Manager by tracking milestones, following up on action items, and communicating risks.Maintain accurate project documentation, audit project data, and report status to stakeholders.What's Needed?Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.U.S. Citizen with the ability to work on ITAR projects and qualify for DoD clearances.Support project team to pivot and respond quickly to changing customer requirementsWhat's in it for me?Medical insuranceDental insuranceDisability insuranceLife insuranceWeekly PaymentIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
