Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Loc: Cupertino, CA-OnsiteFulltime Or permanentSalary Upto 130k Only Independent Visa HolderJob DescriptionRelated Technical Skills requiredStrong knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channel & End customer sales.Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.8+ years of experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud & Marketing CloudStrong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systemsHands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery modelsPrior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.Working knowledge of process documentation & project management softwareExperience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insightKeen understanding of system security and controlsSalesforce certifications:Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)Agile SCRUM Master certification (preferred)Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification (required)Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)
