Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator based in San Jose, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by facilitating smooth operations, managing customer communications, processing orders, and coordinating schedules. Other responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, assisting with sales reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage daily sales activities and streamline processesExperience in Customer Service and Communication, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationshipsBackground in Sales and the ability to support sales initiatives effectivelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and MS OfficeAbility to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment balancing in-office and remote tasksPrior experience in commercial interiors or a related industry is a plus
