Senior Manager of Treasury LocationIrvine, CA — 4 days onsiteReports ToChief Financial OfficerCompensation$160,000 – $190,000 base + 10% target bonusPOSITION OVERVIEWOur client, a publicly traded leader in the consumer space, is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Manager of Treasury & Stock-Based Compensation. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will lead critical treasury operations and equity administration in a fast-paced, high-growth public company environment.This is a high-visibility role with real ownership across cash and equity — direct exposure to executive leadership, and a meaningful opportunity to shape treasury strategy, equity infrastructure, and process maturity across the finance organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTreasury & Cash ManagementLead short- and long-term cash forecasting, providing actionable insights to senior leadershipManage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationshipsOptimize working capital and support capital allocation decisionsOversee debt compliance, covenant reporting, and financing activities as neededEnhance treasury processes, controls, and reporting capabilitiesStock-Based Compensation & Equity AdministrationOwn end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting in accordance with ASC 718Administer equity plans, including grants, vesting, exercises, and reportingPartner with HR, Legal, and external advisors on equity program design and executionPrepare and review financial disclosures related to equity compensation Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness for all equity-related processesFinancial Reporting & Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate with Accounting and FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and reportingSupport monthly close processes related to treasury and equity compensationAssist with investor relations requests and Board-level materials as neededDrive process improvements and system enhancements across treasury and equity functionsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA a plus)Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and capital structureHands-on experience with Computershare or a comparable equity administration platform preferredPublic company experience strongly preferredAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and reporting toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to interface with executive leadershipWHY THIS ROLEHigh-visibility seat — direct line to the Interim CFO and broader executive teamStrategic + hands-on — ownership across both cash forecasting and equity administrationBuild, don't maintain — opportunity to refine treasury and equity infrastructure in a growing public companyCareer trajectory — dynamic, entrepreneurial culture with meaningful upward mobility
